Crude Oil Price Dips, But Experts See Pause Rather Than Reversal

The crude oil price prediction for September 7th is looking uncertain after Friday's 0.91% dip to Rs 8,562 on MCX.

Following two sharp sessions of gains triggered by US military action against Iran, the market absorbed the shock and pulled back orderly, staying within the elevated range established by the prior sessions' surge.

Ankit Jaiswal of Univest believes this is a pause rather than a genuine trend change, pointing out that Brent crude remains near a six-week high, despite Friday's pullback.

The real test for the crude oil price prediction will come from news flow over the weekend, particularly any developments involving Iran, which could have a significant impact on Monday's opening price action.
