De La Rosa Real Foods & Vineyards is shedding light on its avocado oil production process, emphasizing the use of mechanical extraction without chemical solvents. The company's 100% Pure Avocado Oil can be used for high-heat cooking up to 520°F and contains no preservatives or additives.

The avocados used in production may come from various sources around the world, including Spain, Peru, Kenya, Somalia, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. This allows De La Rosa to tap into multiple avocado varieties and origins throughout different growing seasons.

According to De La Rosa, relying exclusively on Hass avocados does not inherently result in a better finished oil. Instead, the company uses a combination of mechanical processes like pressing and centrifugation to extract the oil from the fleshy pulp of avocados.
