Dipke's Campaign Aims to Fix India's Neglected Government Schools

CJP Convenor Abhijeet Dipke is set to launch his 'School Thik Karo' campaign, aimed at improving government-run schools in India. Despite changes in ruling parties, Dipke claims that these schools have been neglected. He attributes this lack of attention to the fact that education has only recently become a pressing issue for citizens.

Dipke's comments came before he left for his native village in Hingoli district, Maharashtra, where he will launch the campaign on Independence Day. He criticized political parties for not adequately funding government schools and questioned the source of funds used to create huge banners for a recent Tiranga rally.

The CJP convenor emphasized that parents should conduct social audits of basic facilities at their local schools and push sarpanches to improve these institutions. He pointed out that children in villages often have to walk long distances to attend school, and many do not even have access to basic amenities like drinking water and toilets.
