A drone attack on Monday, August 10, targeted the Nizhnekamsk oil refinery in Russia's Republic of Tatarstan.

The attack was confirmed by authorities in Tatarstan, who reported that both industrial and civilian facilities were under attack.

According to monitoring Telegram channels, residents of Nizhnekamsk and Chistopol saw many drones flying over the cities.

The refinery is home to major businesses, including TANECO, owned by Tatneft, and TAIF-NK, a major oil-processing company specializing in crude oil and gas condensate refining.
