East-West Pipeline Flows Surge Above 80% Capacity
Saudi Arabia has significantly boosted oil exports through its East-West pipeline, reaching levels above 80% of capacity. The move brings volumes available for export from the Kingdom's west coast to their highest level since the war began.
The source, citing a person familiar with the matter, reports that Saudi Aramco is now pumping nearly six million barrels per day through the pipeline.
This marks an increase in oil flows after repairs were made following several attacks on the pipeline earlier this month. In late September, Bloomberg reported that Saudi Arabia had resumed oil exports through the East-West pipeline after those repairs.
