The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, led by Karim Badawi, outlined its plan to meet local demand in August, detailing operational measures and alternative supply arrangements.

Badawi confirmed regular arrivals of liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes and petroleum fuel shipments, coordinating efforts with relevant government entities to maintain nationwide electricity supply stability.
