Enbridge and its partners have sanctioned the Bay Runner Twin pipeline to deliver Permian natural gas to NextDecade's Rio Grande LNG facility. The Bay Runner Twin will provide up to 2.6 billion cubic feet per day (Bft3d) of incremental capacity between Agua Dulce and Rio Grande.

The pipeline is an extension of the operational Whistler Pipeline, a 450-mile line traveling from the Permian to Agua Dulce. Enbridge owns a 19% stake in the Whistler joint venture partnership.

Enbridge also announced that the Blackcomb Pipeline has begun commissioning and will soon enter service, ramping up through the second half of 2026. The Blackcomb Pipeline will move up to 2.5 Bft3d of gas from the Permian to Agua Dulce.
