Energocom Secures Gas Supply Deal for Termoelectrica

Moldova's largest natural gas consumer, Termoelectrica, has secured a crucial supply deal with Energocom to meet its energy needs during the cold season.

According to the agreement, Energocom will provide Termoelectrica with almost 1.9 million MWh of gas between October 2026 and April 2027.

The contracted volume for January-April 2027 stands at 1,911,100 MWh, equivalent to approximately 180.5 million cubic meters of natural gas.

Energocom has already secured supply deals for previous months, with 618,438 MWh contracted for October and November 2026, and another 600,412 MWh for December.
