The European Union has condemned recent strikes on Saudi oil facilities by Yemen's Houthi rebels. The attacks, which targeted oil facilities and wounded dozens of people, have been deemed a 'dangerous escalation' by the EU.

Anouar El Anouni, a spokesman for the bloc's diplomatic service, emphasized that these actions violate international law and undermine regional security and stability.

The EU is urging the Houthis to 'end all attacks' on oil facilities and commercial shipping in the Red Sea. The bloc also calls for an immediate halt to all attacks inside and outside Yemen.
