EU Negotiates Diesel Stock Release with US Amid Export Ban Threat
The European Union has been negotiating with the US to address the demand for diesel stocks and the threat of a diesel export ban. According to Reuters, large European countries were asked by the US to release 800k tons of diesel over six months.
France has proposed plans to release 50mln barrels of diesel from Europe and 50mln barrels of crude oil across IEA members, also according to Reuters.
In other news, the Iranian Parliamentary Energy Commission spokesperson stated that gasoline is being produced sufficiently domestically.
