Farmers Demand Change as Punjab Faces Wheat Crisis

Khalid Hussain Baath, Chairman of Kisan Ittehad, announced that farmers will march on Islamabad on September 25 to protest Punjab's 'flawed' agricultural policies.

The protest is a response to the government's handling of wheat production and procurement. Over the past two years, farmers have suffered significant financial losses due to low wheat prices and inadequate government support.

Khalid Hussain Baath stated that if stopped, the farmers will reach Islamabad on foot, highlighting their determination to secure their rights.
