North Dakota Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak recently promoted year-round E15 sales in Fargo. She met with an NDSU economist, farmers, ethanol producers, fuel retailers, and industry groups to discuss the policy's impact on North Dakota agriculture and consumers.

The event focused on how year-round E15 sales could add $25.8 billion to the U.S. economy and create 128,000 jobs, according to a joint study. Supporters also believe it would increase corn demand, support ethanol plants, and give drivers a lower-cost fuel option.

Fedorchak urged the Senate to approve related legislation passed in May 2026 by the House. She later toured John Deere's Fargo facility with participants.
