Feed wheat prices continued to fall in the latest round of trading, disappointing market expectations.

The Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board (AHDB) reported that UK November 2026 feed wheat futures fell by £2.75/t (1.3%) to £209.75 for the period ending September 11.

Despite drought conditions across Europe in the final three months of the 2025/2026 growing season, grain prices have failed to respond positively, according to AHDB.

The USDA's monthly report on Friday contributed to lower global grain markets, with December 26 Paris wheat futures losing 2.1% over the week and Dec-26 Chicago wheat futures and Dec-26 Chicago maize futures falling 1.2%.
