Global gold prices took a dip on October 2, falling to $4,146.7 per ounce. This decline was largely attributed to rising US Treasury yields and a strengthening US dollar.

In Vietnam, SJC gold bar prices mirrored the global trend, with buying and selling prices quoted at 140.5 million VND and 143.5 million VND per tael, respectively.
