Global gold prices plummeted on September 29, hitting a low of $4,158.1 per ounce due to concerns over inflationary pressures fueled by rising crude oil prices.

In Vietnam, SJC gold bar and ring prices also saw significant declines, trading at 142.5 million VND per tael and 142 million VND per tael, respectively.

The drop in gold prices follows a trend that has been observed over the past few days, with SJC gold prices experiencing sharp falls on September 24 and September 29.
