Gold and Silver Prices Plummet in Nepalese Market

The prices of gold and silver have decreased in Nepal's local market as of October 4, 2026. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of stamped gold has dropped by Rs 2,900 per tola, while the price of pure silver has declined by Rs 60.

The current price of stamped gold is Rs 291,900 per tola, and the price of pure silver is Rs 4,390. Last Friday, one tola of stamped gold was bought and sold for Rs 294,800, and one tola of pure silver for Rs 4,450.
