Gold and Silver Prices Rise on MCX Amid Regional Variations
Gold and silver prices have seen an increase on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) in India. The price of gold futures rose by 0.84% to ₹1,54,263 per 10 gm. Silver gained 0.16%, increasing to ₹2,35,240 per kg.
The city with the highest rates for both metals was Chennai. On September 24, 24K gold in Chennai cost ₹1,52,250 per 10 gm and silver at ₹2,36,340 per kg.
In contrast, Delhi recorded the lowest prices. The price of 24K gold in Delhi on September 24 was ₹1,51,550 per 10 gm, while silver was priced at ₹2,35,240 per kg.
