Friday's U.S. morning session saw spot gold and silver prices rise, driven by lower international crude oil prices, declining U.S. Treasury yields, and a weaker dollar.

The rebound in precious metals comes after Wednesday's Federal Reserve rate hike, which was met with a 25-basis-point increase and signaled further hikes could still be on the table through 2026.

Oil prices have been a major concern for gold investors, but Brent crude is now trading near $104 per barrel, while WTI hovers around $101 per barrel. This marks the third consecutive session of declines in oil prices.
