Gold Bounces Back from Six-Week Low on Thursday
Gold prices have seen an uptick after dropping to a near six-week low in the previous session. As of 01:49 GMT on Thursday, spot gold was trading at US$4,310.49 per ounce, marking a 1.1% increase.
This rise comes despite US gold futures for December delivery being down roughly 1% at $4,348.70.
Other precious metals have also seen gains, with spot silver rising 1.4% to $63.83, platinum firming 1.6% to $1,780.55, and palladium climbing 2% to $1,295.00.
