Gold prices have surged to around $4,400 after a significant advance from its chart low of $4,074. The short-term structure remains bullish, with the price holding above the VC PMI Daily Mean at $4,370 and the Weekly Mean at $4,299.
The immediate upside objective is the Daily Sell 1 level near $4,453, followed by the Daily Sell 2 at $4,505 and the Weekly Sell 1 at $4,524. These levels are statistically significant areas where traders can anticipate increased volatility, profit-taking, or mean-reversion pressure.
The rally to the chart high of $4,432.30 has put gold directly into an important geometric resistance area. Using approximately $4,400.70 as a Square of 9 reference, the 45-degree resistance projects near $4,434, almost precisely matching the recent high.
