The price of gold futures has declined on commodity markets according to exchange data from APA-Economics. Specifically, June 2026 gold futures per troy ounce (31.1 grams) on the COMEX exchange in New York decreased by 1.29% to $4,107.

The price drop for gold is mirrored in the performance of silver futures. July 2026 silver futures per ounce on COMEX fell by 2.09% to $57.79.
