Gold Futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Drop Amid US Comex Decline
Bursa Malaysia Derivatives' (BMD) gold futures closed lower on September 15, mirroring the decline in US COMEX counterparts.
The spot-month September 2026 contract dipped to $4,273.70 per troy ounce from $4,295.50 per troy ounce on Monday.
Other contracts also fell, including October 2026 ($4,289.20 per troy ounce), November 2026 ($4,306.00 per troy ounce), and December 2026 ($4,313.80 per troy ounce).
Trading volume declined to 259 lots from 302 lots on Monday, while open interest shrank to 311 contracts from 358 contracts.
