Gold Futures Track COMEX Gains on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives

Gold futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives rose in tandem with strong performance on the US Commodity Exchange (COMEX).

The spot-month August 2026 contract closed at $4,638.50 per troy ounce, up from last Friday's $4,586.40.

The September 2026 contract also gained to $4,654.70 per troy ounce, a rise from the previous $4,602.90.

October and November 2026 contracts increased to $4,671.70 per troy ounce, while December 2026 and February 2027 contracts strengthened to $4,679.50 per troy ounce.

Trading volume rose to 392 lots from 254 lots last Friday, with open interest widening to 457 contracts from 327 previously.
