The gold price in India experienced a decline on September 2, 2026. The 24-carat gold price decreased to Rs 1,52,020 per 10 grams, while the 22-carat gold prices stood at Rs 1,39,350 per 10 grams.

In Bhubaneswar, the cost of 24-carat gold was recorded at Rs 1,52,020 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at Rs 1,39,350 per 10 grams. The price of 18-carat gold was also affected, decreasing by Rs 1,550 to Rs 1,14,020.

The prices remained unchanged across major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
