Gold Price Falls, Silver Surges in Nepal's Domestic Market
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association reported that gold prices in the domestic market declined by Rs 100 per tola on Wednesday, while silver prices increased by Rs 75 per tola. The price of gold was fixed at Rs 322,100 per tola for Wednesday, down from Rs 322,200 per tola on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, silver is being traded at Rs 4,975 per tola, up from Rs 4,900 on the previous day. This reflects divergent movements in the domestic precious metals market, with gold declining marginally while silver recorded a higher increase.
