Gold Price Slumps in Pakistan as Silver Also Falls

Gold prices in Pakistan's local market took a hit on September 26, 2026, as the price of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs2,100 per tola. According to rates released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the new price settled at Rs450,936 per tola.

The price of 24-karat gold weighing 10 grams also decreased by Rs1,800, reaching Rs386,604. This decline marks a downward trend in the market, which may be attributed to various economic factors influencing global commodity prices.

Meanwhile, the price of silver in the local market fell by Rs60 per tola to Rs6,903, as per the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
