Meanwhile, several key stocks experienced declines in their share prices. AGHA dropped by Rs0.08, or 1.22%, closing at Rs6.50. BECO saw a decrease of Rs0.06, or 1.37%, ending at Rs4.32. BML fell by Rs2.43, or 4.38%, to Rs53.10, while BOP decreased by Rs0.88, or 2.94%, to Rs29.05.
Other notable declines included CNERG, which lost Rs0.49, or 3.85%, to Rs12.23, and CSIL, which dropped Rs0.20, or 3.85%, to Rs5.00. FCCL decreased by Rs1.13, or 2.21%, to Rs50.00, while FFL fell by Rs0.37, or 2.57%, to Rs14.04.
The declines were widespread, affecting various sectors. NBP dropped by Rs4.11, or 2.54%, to Rs158.00, and NPL fell by Rs2.83, or 4.88%, to Rs55.15. PPL decreased by Rs3.66, or 1.66%, to Rs217.00, while TPL saw a significant drop of Rs1.42, or 6.76%, to Rs19.60.
