Gold Prices Climb Amid Lower Oil and Weaker US Dollar

Gold prices rose on Friday, September 18, as lower oil prices and a subdued US Dollar supported the market. Spot gold increased by 0.3% to $4,352.60 per ounce at 00:50 GMT. Meanwhile, US gold futures for December delivery fell by 0.2% to $4,391.60.

Other precious metals also saw gains, with spot silver rising 0.7% to $65.64 per ounce and platinum gaining 0.9% to $1,785.55. Palladium added 0.1% to $1,292.47.
