Gold Prices Decline Amid US-Iran Conflict and Fed Caution
Gold prices declined on July 28 due to the ongoing US-Iran conflict, which has kept oil prices elevated.
The international spot gold price fell by 0.09% to $4,035.20 per ounce, while silver surged by 1.12% to $58.17 per ounce during morning trade on Comex.
On the domestic front, the MCX spot gold closed at Rs 1,41,623 per 10 grams, with futures gold for the August contract declining by 0.07% to Rs 1,41,530 per 10 grams.
Investors remain cautious ahead of the US Federal Reserve's policy decision, which is expected to influence bullion prices.
