Gold Prices Drop Across India's Major Cities on August 1
Gold prices in India have seen a decline across major cities on August 1. According to recent data, the price of 24-carat gold has dropped by Rs 110 per 10 grams and is now recorded at Rs 1,44,220 per 10 grams. The 22-carat gold price has also decreased, falling by Rs 100 for 10 grams and currently trading at Rs 1,32,200 per 10 grams.
The decline in gold prices was observed in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Bhubaneswar. Interestingly, the price of silver remained constant, with a rate of Rs 2,34,900 per kilogram recorded on August 1.
It is worth noting that the gold prices have been fluctuating in recent times, and this latest decline may be attributed to various market factors.
