Gold prices rose marginally on Friday across major jewellers as buyers tracked the latest movement in bullion and jewellery rates.

However, jewellery prices can vary across brands as they may include making charges, taxes, and other applicable costs in addition to the gold value.

The Indian Bullion Jewellers Association (IBJA) publishes indicative retail selling rates of gold and silver jewellery on its website. On October 1, 2026, the IBJA's indicative retail selling rate for fine gold (999) was Rs 14,814 per gram, while the rate for 22K gold was Rs 14,458 per gram.

Tanishq, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Joyalukkas, and Kalyan Jewellers are some of the major jewellery brands that have published their prices on October 2, 2026. According to these brands, the price of 22k gold jewellery is Rs 13,775 per gram across New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru.
