According to historical data, the highest rate in July was ₹1,47,160 on July 4th, while the lowest rate was ₹1,42,670 on July 18th.

In contrast to July's rising trend, June saw a decline in gold prices, with the rate settling at ₹1,42,070 per 10 grams by June 30th. May, however, showed an upward trend, with the price reaching ₹1,62,270 on May 15th.

It is essential to note that gold purity is measured in karats, with 24K being the purest form but too soft for jewellery. The final showroom price of gold includes the base gold price, making charges, and a 3% GST.
