Gold Prices Hold Steady Near One-Week High in Singapore
Gold prices held steady near their one-week high on Tuesday in Singapore. The precious metal reached its highest point since September 14, according to recent data. Spot gold settled at $4,379.74 per ounce, while US gold futures for December delivery slipped 0.1 percent to $4,419.40.
Other precious metals also saw some movement on the market. Silver rose 0.8 percent to $66.76 per ounce, platinum climbed 0.2 percent to $1,804.33, and palladium gained 0.7 percent to $1,311.65.
