Gold Prices in Correction Phase, Mean Reversion Imminent
Gold prices have been in a correction phase since reaching a high of $4,171.4, but according to analysts using the Variable Changing Price Momentum Indicator (VC PMI), this is just a normal mean-reversion process.
The VC PMI identifies price levels where probabilities favor reversals back toward equilibrium, and the Daily Mean at $4,061 is currently the market's balance point.
Trading above this level favors higher prices, while sustained trading below it increases the probability of testing lower support zones.
