The gold prices in India remained almost unchanged on September 19, after a strong increase in the previous session. According to Goodreturns benchmark, 24K gold stands at ₹1,54,430 per 10 grams, while 22K gold is priced at ₹1,41,560 and 18K gold at ₹1,15,830 per 10 grams.

The domestic rates come after gold recovered strongly in global markets on Friday. Spot gold climbed to a one-week high as falling crude oil prices eased inflation concerns, helping bullion withstand the Federal Reserve's latest interest-rate hike.

MCX gold futures traded at ₹1,54,840 per 10 grams on September 18, up ₹552 or 0.36%, and moved close to its intraday high of ₹1,54,978 per 10 grams. The contract was approaching the ₹1.55 lakh mark as bullion recovered from earlier weakness.
