Gold Prices Jump by 70 Fils in Jordan's Local Market

The price of gold in Jordan's local market has risen by 70 fils per gram. According to the daily price list issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Shops Trading and Manufacturing Jewelry and Gold, the selling price of 21-karat gold reached JOD 85.10 per gram at jewelry stores.

The buying price for this type of gold stood at JOD 81.30 per gram. The prices for 24-karat and 18-karat gold also increased, with selling prices reaching JOD 97.70 and JOD 75.40 per gram respectively for purchases from jewelry stores.
