Gold Prices Plummet to $4,200 Amid Strong Dollar and High Crude

Gold prices have declined for the second consecutive week, with spot gold falling by 2.55% to $4,176 per ounce on September 28.

The price of US gold futures also dropped by 2.48% to $4,213.90 per ounce over the past 24 hours.

Elevated crude prices and a strong dollar are contributing to the decline in gold prices.

Ashish Rajodiya, Head, Commodities at PL Capital, estimates that gold has support at Rs 1,48,000 and Rs 1,46,000, with resistance at Rs 1,52,500 and Rs 1,55,000.
