Gold prices on Tuesday fell by Rs 544 to Rs 1.55 lakh per 10 grams in futures trade due to a decline in spot demand.

The Multi Commodity Exchange saw the yellow metal contracts for October delivery trading lower by 0.35% at Rs 1,55,396 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 9,895 lots.
