Gold Prices Rebound as Dollar and Yields Ease
Gold prices have rebounded on Thursday after hitting a near one-month low in the previous session. According to data, spot gold rose 0.5 percent to $4,409.97 per ounce by 0219 GMT, while US gold futures gained 0.9 percent to $4,455.30. This shift is attributed to the easing of the US dollar and Treasury yields.
The rise in gold prices was not limited to gold alone, as other precious metals also saw gains. Spot silver rose 0.6 percent to $65.74, platinum climbed 0.6 percent to $1,770.88, and palladium firmed 0.6 percent to $1,354.00.
