Gold Prices Rebound as USD Growth Momentum Slows
The gold market is showing signs of recovery as the US dollar's growth momentum slows down. The precious metal has been under pressure due to a strong USD, but the recent fluctuations in currency policy have created conditions for gold to regain its value.
According to the latest data, spot gold prices are listed around $4,377 per ounce, up 0.85% in the session, while spot silver prices increased sharply by 1.6%, reaching a threshold of $66.13 per ounce.
The decline in US government bond yields and oil prices has also contributed to the upward momentum in gold prices. The yield on 10-year US government bonds is currently fluctuating around 4.93-4.94%, significantly lower than its peak of over 5% in the week.
