Gold Prices Rebound from Seven-Week Low
Gold prices rebounded on Tuesday after hitting a seven-week low in the previous session. The precious metal rose by 0.6 percent to $4,140.10 per ounce as of 0856 GMT.
This increase follows a decline that saw gold reach its lowest level since August 5th on Monday. US gold futures also gained 0.1 percent to $4,171.60.
Oil prices rose for the second consecutive session, while other metals experienced losses. Spot silver fell by 0.5 percent to $60.66, platinum slipped 1.7 percent to $1,688.17, and palladium rose 0.6 percent to $1,221.87.
