Gold prices rebounded on Thursday after hitting a six-week low in the previous session. According to market data, spot gold rose 1.1% to $4,310.49 per ounce as of 01:49 GMT, while US gold futures for December delivery were down roughly 1% at $4,348.70.

Silver prices also saw a significant increase, with spot silver rising 1.4% to $63.83. Platinum and palladium also firmed up, with platinum increasing by 1.6% to $1,780.55 and palladium climbing 2% to $1,295.00.

The market reaction was likely due to the previous session's low, which had caused concerns among investors. However, it is essential to note that gold prices can be volatile, and this rebound may not necessarily indicate a long-term trend.
