Global uncertainty has driven gold prices higher in India, while silver prices have fallen marginally. On Monday, the price of 24-carat gold rose to ₹1,63,385 per 10 grams, a gain of ₹1,096 from the previous level. Silver, on the other hand, declined by ₹392 to approximately ₹2,46,207 per kg.

The precious metal has been supported by a weaker US dollar and continued demand for safe-haven assets. Spot gold internationally reached its highest level since May 15, gaining 0.5% to around $4,627 per ounce.

Market participants are closely watching global developments, including geopolitical tensions and the future direction of interest rates. Investors remain cautious amid uncertainty over the global economic outlook.
