The India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) releases indicative retail selling rates for gold and silver jewellery daily, including weekends. On August 17, 2026, the AM rate of 24K / Fine Gold (999) was Rs 15,407 per gram, a daily increase of Rs 171 from the previous day's PM rate.

The prices of gold from various brands across major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram were also released. For example, Tanishq's price for 22k gold jewellery in New Delhi was Rs 14,315 per gram on August 17, 2026.

IBJA’s indicative retail selling rates for gold and silver jewellery on August 17, 2026 (AM) compared to August 14, 2026 (PM) show a daily increase of Rs 171 for 24K / Fine Gold (999), Rs 166 for 22K gold, Rs 152 for 20K gold, and Rs 138 for 18K gold.
