Gold Prices Rise for Third Straight Day in Pakistani Market

The price of gold continued its upward trend in Pakistan's local market for the third consecutive day. On Friday, the APGJSA announced that the price of gold per tola increased by Rs5,100 to Rs454,336, while the price of 10 grams rose by Rs4,372 to Rs389,519.

This surge in gold prices follows previous days' gains, where on Thursday, the local price of gold per tola climbed by Rs11,300 to Rs449,236. Similarly, silver prices also increased, with the price of silver per tola rising by Rs280 to Rs6,939 and 10 grams increasing by Rs240 to Rs5,949.

The APGJSA's data shows a significant increase in gold prices over the past week. On Wednesday, the price of 24-karat gold jumped Rs10,000 per tola to Rs437,936, while on Tuesday, the price fell by Rs500 to Rs427,936 due to international rates recovering.
