Gold Prices Rise in India Amid Global Volatility
Gold prices rose in India's domestic markets on Thursday, while silver rates declined marginally. This trend was observed amid mixed movements in global bullion markets and a stronger US dollar.
The Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) saw gold futures trading 0.13% higher at ₹151,780 per 10 grams. In contrast, silver futures fell about 0.10% to ₹233,810 per kg.
International market trends showed spot gold increasing by 0.2% to $4,288.36 an ounce. However, gold remained down around 2% for the week. US gold futures rose 0.6% to $4,323.10 an ounce.
