Gold Prices Slip Amid US-Iran War Ahead of Fed Decision
Investors remain cautious ahead of the US Federal Reserve's policy decision, which is expected to impact bullion prices. On July 28, gold prices slipped in early trade due to the ongoing US-Iran war, keeping oil prices elevated.
The international spot gold decreased by 0.09% to $4,035.20 per ounce, while silver surged 1.12% to $58.17 per ounce during morning trade on Comex.
In India, the domestic MCX spot gold closed at Rs 1,41,623 per 10 grams, and futures gold for the August contract declined by 0.07% to Rs 1,41,530 per 10 grams.
