Gold Prices Soar in Pakistan Amid Global Trend
The price of gold in Pakistan opened at Rs440,636 per tola for 24-karat commodity on October 3, 2026, marking an increase of Rs2,000 from the previous session's price. The global trend has shown an upward movement, contributing to this rise.
The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association released rates showing that 10 grams of 24-karat gold opened at Rs377,774. In contrast, international market prices for gold stood at $4,181 per ounce after a $20 increase in the previous session.
Gold prices in Pakistan also affected 22-karat and 21-karat commodities, with 22-karat priced at Rs403,916 per tola and 21-karat available at Rs385,557 per tola. The price of 18-karat gold stands at Rs330,477 per tola.
