Pakistan's bullion market has continued its winning streak, with gold prices rising further on Friday. The local market mirrored movements in the international market, where gold hit a seven-week high due to increased investor appetite for the precious metal.

In the domestic market, the per-tola price of gold surged by Rs5,100 to close at Rs454,336, while the 10-gram rate rose by Rs4,372 and reached Rs389,519. Silver prices also increased by Rs280 to Rs6,939 per tola.

The recent rally in gold prices has been influenced by fluctuations in global markets, with investors watching closely the evolving Middle East situation, oil price changes, and key US employment data. Currency movements have also had an impact on the metals market.
