Gold Prices Soar Over 1% on Easing Inflation Concerns
Gold prices rose over 1% on Monday (July 27), driven by easing inflation concerns, falling crude oil prices, and expectations of a less aggressive interest rate outlook.
The spot gold price jumped 1.4%, increasing by around $56 to trade at $4,108.44 per ounce as of 6:35 am IST.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold was trading 0.51% higher at Rs 1,43,830 per 10 grams, while silver was trading 1.04% higher at Rs 2,24,451 per kg.
